The predominate cause of red skin spots petechiae is thrombocytopenia. Its red pinpoint rash can materialize very quickly or slowly over time. Petechia dots routinely emerge in the lower leg region, but you can experience red spot distribution all over. This blood leakage causes tiny red skin dots, little red skin spots or a pinpoint red rash symptoms to appear. Petechiae is blood leaking into your skin from tiny little capillaries just under your skin. Please take this to heart folks, only science is science. It would help your credibility if you could spell correctly and compose a sentence in academic discourse. I don't know what you do in the dermatology business but if you're not a licensed MD you are not qualified to give any advise except, "I don't know, but if it concerns you see your Dr." Further more, you are not doing research, research involves facts supported by peer reviewed scholarly written articles that you can cite for verification. If you have a health concern, the only response should be "see your Dr." A list of "it could be's " you found on the internet is highly unethical. "Maybe he didn't answer the question the way you would have, but he doesn't have to, now does he?" Nobody said he did, and I agree with (beccasmomabcd Mar 20, 2011) I'm a nursing student and under no circumstances are registered nurses allowed to diagnose, so neither should anyone on the internet.
